A team is a living organism that adapts to the environment it is in. If the organism is to function, the environment in the organism must function. It is the team members who make up the organism. In this collective environment, you must perform and deliver results. It is yours individual preferences that together make up the team culture.

In this module-based course, you learn about your own preferences and how they affect you and the others you work with. As a potential distance worker, it is very important to be aware of how your preferences affect both you and your colleagues. You will learn about Carl Jung's three preferences pair Introversion-Extroversion, Thinking-Feeling and Sensing-Intuition.

Module 4 - 1,5h: What are my strengths, and in what areas can it be too much me? How can I use my preferences to become the best version of myself? How can I use my preferences in communication and interaction with the others on the team?
