Courses

We believe that there should be a combination between theory and active participation. As a course participant, you must understand why, and you must take an active part in the course to get a good return. We adapt according to needs and wishes, and can put together elements from the different courses into one package.

Communication and Interaction

We are all different types of pesonalities. The differences mean that we have different preferences when it comes to how we want others to communicate with us. If team members are to know how to communicate with each other, they need to understand what makes them different. In this course you will learn:

  • About what makes you and your team members different

  • About different types of personalities

  • How you should communicate with the different types

  • What traits are your strengths and possible challenges

  • How to communicate with each other

On this course everyone receive their own Colorful Teamtype Report. In the report you will see your own preferences, the team's overall preferences and how you perceive each other.

This is fun and very educational.

Time: This is from 1-2 days.

Team culture and preferences

A team is a living organism that adapts to the environment it is in. If the organism is to function, the environment in the organism must function. It is the team members who make up the organism. In this collective environment, you must perform and deliver results. It is their individual preferences that together make up the team culture.

In this course we look at the team's preferences. How you come together in a type perspective. In this course you will:

Work on how the individual preferences play into the team

Look at how the team's overall preference affects the dynamics

Learn how other teams from outside experience you as a team. in a type perspective

Discuss how you can become an even better team (High performing Team)

Everyone will receive their Colorful Teamtype report (if you do not have this already).

The team receives a report showing the team's aggregated preferences. In addition, you get a report that shows how the team is perceived by others outside the team.

This course will help you become better at relating to the world outside the team. In addition to giving you increased awareness of yourself as a team.

Time: This is from 1-2 days.

We "build" the Team House with the team

Teams need to come together to work on what it takes to become a close-knit and efficient team. In this course, the team will work with the five elements of the Team House. This is based on an extensive research project conducted at Google. Project Aristotle analyzed 180 teams, and found five areas that stood out among the teams that worked best. We will work using these areas in this course. We use our team analysis report teamtemp, and have this as a basis for understanding. In the course we cover these areas:

  • Where are we as a team today?

  • What can we do to have psychological safety in the team?

  • Being Dependable, and how to hold each other accountable?

  • How to contribute to structure, clarity and predictability?

  • To find meaning in what we do.

  • What do we do to ensure that everyone experiences having influence in the team?

Time: This is a 1-2 day course.

Team development for leaders

It is a leadership responsibility to facilitate the team to work well together and be efficient. Many managers work with teams that want a high degree of autonomy. In a self-propelled team, great demands are placed on the team members. In this course, you as a leader will work on the same five elements that we look at in the team development course "we build the Team House with the team". But in the course we  focus on how you as a leader to:

  • Create psychological safety in the team.

  • Help your employee to take responsibility and make others responsible.

  • Get structure, clarity and predictability in the team.

  • Help the employee find a deeper meaning with the job.

  • Facilitate that everyone in the team experiences having an impact.

We look at how you as a leader can be a coach for your team and we work with the coaching model.

We can also review the team house elements for your team, and look at how you as a leader can influence the team's five elements in relation to the status in the current situation. We look at the team's teamtemp profile, identify strengths and possible weaknesses. We identify where you as a leader should go. We end by creating an action plan that you can implement when you return to the team.

Time: This is a 1-2 day course.
