Team analysis
A team analysis is a review of the team's human resources and how the team performs within five key areas.
The process starts with a pre-survey which introduces us to how you work. We look at the composition of the team, are you a team or a group, and what norms are consistent. We collect information through conversations, and using online surveys such as Colorful Team Types and the teamtemp report.

In the diagnostic process we withdraw and take on analysis spectacles. Here we spend some time looking at and understanding the data. We do our analyzes and make a report we present to the team.
The way forward may be that we will help you as a team coach, or that you will find out things yourself. A team analysis is healthy and will help the team further along the way.
